Product Overview

In addition to fume, a large disturbing part of the exhaust gas generated and discharged from the kitchen is peculiar smell. In 2008, we took the lead in applying UV-C photolysis oxygen treatment technology to the odor treatment in commercial kitchens.

BARTON cuts off the molecular chains of active double-stranded fatty substances by use of strong UV-C ultraviolet rays (254nm), making them vulnerable to be attacked; at the same time, it oxidizes alcohols, esters, aldehydes, benzene and other molecules in the smell into harmless substances such as water vapor and carbon dioxide under the ozone photolysis and oxidation action (185nm), which are finally discharged along the air duct exhaust system. The two modes of action simultaneously react to control the fume and odor in kitchens.

The originally imported BARTON UV lamps, jointly developed by international professional manufacturers and Dirk Environment, are specially designed for the fume produced by the cooking in Chinese catering. In addition, BARTON UV system has also been certified for IP-69 compliance in terms of high waterproof performance.
